East Hills

It was a wet start to the day so I set to with the pre-course reading material for next week. Coincidentally I had an email confirmation of accreditation which seems to have taken forever. When the rain had cleared I walked down the sea wall to the beach and through the pinewoods but I suddenly felt completely exhausted and achy and it was such an effort. There was a lovely evening light.
M&R came over for a fish and chip supper.
