Hairy Bracket?

Torrential rain overnight left our house completely surrounded by water. Many of the fungi I saw today were soggy and collapsing but not this  fungus which I think is a mature Hairy Bracket, although it could also be Hairy Curtain Crust or even Downy Bracket. These things are so confusing.
