Open To Heading Out On The Hippo Trail

The Hippie Trail is the name given to the overland journey taken by members of the hippie subculture and others from the mid-1950's to the late 1970's between Europe and South Asia, mainly from Turkey, through Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and on to Nepal.
Unfortunately, this shot does not represent a modern day equivalent of such exotic travels, I'm not a member of a subculture (although, does being a blipper count?) and this is the Hippo Trail - so it only involved an overland journey towards my nearest bus stop to capture this discarded sweet wrapper displaying a grinning hippo as part of my smiley face series! :-)
