Time for an Autumnal Blip

I have a day off today and used it to connect with the doctor. The only option for appointments now is to phone on the dot of 8am and push redial every second to get into the queue to secure a phone appointment. This I did and, without actually seeing her, on the basis of a photo of scribbled down readings, she has prescribed blood pressure lowering meds which I have been resisting for several years but now have to concede are needed. Either that or I could chuck in my stressful job which would be a better option but not a good plan on the precipice of the Great Depression!

My Fridays off drinking tea in the sun give a feel for how peaceful an alternative life could be.
