Birthday

We wandered around the town is the warmth of the sun. Mr RIU did a lot (for him) of walking.

We watched various boats at the harbour.

I ate crepes and Aperol

In the evening we enjoyed a steak and a bottle of red before heading back to our room. The city is very quiet even at an early hour.

I was just drifting off to sleep when I was woken by room service with a card and complementary chocolate and fizz for Mr RIU.

They must have spotted his date of birth when they copied our passports.
