Flower Friday....Dahlia & friend

Well would you believe it, a Red Admiral on 4th November, and I've not seen one all summer!! I was just taking out some recycling when the movement caught my eye as it fluttered around, finally resting on the dahlia...so a bonus for flower Friday, and M's birthday in Australia...thanks Bikerbear:)
Local book group this afternoon, we all enjoyed the book immensely and had a great discussion on the many issues it raised. Going back in time this month to 'Alice in Wonderland'. We all know the story/seen films etc, but none of us has actually read the book. Should be interesting!
