A LOVELY MORNING.

Left early this morning not realising it was sheet ice everywhere, especially the bridge I have to cross at the canal. It is made of steel and it took me ten minutes to crawl over it. Anyway the canal was beautiful with the sun coming up and the mist on the water. I have put one in extra. I saw the otters again, but they were too quick.
I may not get around everyone tonight as there is a big fireworks display about four minutes walk from me, so poor Daisy is going to be in some state tonight. Unfortunately there will be more tomorrow. I think I will need some knock pills to get through this.
