Met my friend Linda at the garden centre for lunch today.
She is going through all sorts of worries with her mum at the moment due to Alzheimer’s and being sectioned for assessment as she is violent. So sad to hear.
So I think it helped having someone to listen to her. Although I could relate to several similarities from my mum and her situation, it’s being dealt with by a different county, and it’s 10 years further down the line, so the processes and options are not quite the same.
Still, we had a good catch up. Then did a little shopping which is my blip. The ornamental cabbages are to fill an empty bedding spot.
I thought you’d prefer them to the Christmas displays, which whilst lovely are much the same as last year, and we’ve got plenty of time for those sort of blips!
