I'm beginning to think...

... that some people come to town, aiming to be the subject of a blip. Why else would anyone wear a hat like this chap? Fortunately, he didn't seem to notice my camera. 

Nor did the colourfully dressed lady in my extra. At least I don't think she was reporting me to that police officer - having caught me red-handed!
