Rest Day

Today, I have been feeling really unwell with my fibromyalgia - yesterday has absolutely exhausted me. I overstretched my energies yesterday.

I’ve been in bed most of today, have barely been able to keep my eyes open, the pain and fatigue have been overwhelming.

I have had some good advice about my poetry and writing going forward from some friends who write today so feeling a bit more positive about my abilities. 

I’m also very grateful for all the support I had from you all yesterday in the comments about my poetry competition entry. I have told the magazine how I feel about their judge’s critique and await their feedback - they emailed me back today. I will keep you posted!
