Fishing in the clouds

When I awoke this morning it was really foggy. By the time I left the house most of it lifted. As I headed south it was foggier. When I reached the lake it was the foggiest spot. I pulled over and there was a man fishing in the water. At first I could barely make him out. It looked like he was fishing in the clouds.
