Protea

Looks like I’m going to have some lovely orange protea flowers in the future. They’re looking very healthy.
We were out in the garden before nine this morning, keen to get another garden done….I had Doug to help which halved the energy and the time.  Lawns and edges done …. We needed to rest this afternoon.  Our energy levels aren’t what they used to be sadly. 

Women's World Cup rugby quarter finals tonight…..our girls are up against France,  just finished Canada v England with England taking a win.
