Grebes

Wrong time of the day to take photos of the local grebes. However these colourful nests, painted by local school children is worth a blip! I am not sure if grebes can see colour- lets hope they are not longing for a green area with leaves and nature around them- as I have seen them in their natural habitat!

But then! This is not a natural space for them (in the marina near boats) and they seem to be fine, breeding and carrying on with life! Must be the city cousins!!
