Deluxe Bling?

Having said that, I do love Christmas magic and sparkly things and the twinkling lights ... all reminding me of the best part of my childhood and how my dad used to make it special for my brother and me.

One particular store downtown has the most marvellous and rather tasteful decorations. I must take more photos next time and make a collage. I certainly would have bought several of the gorgeous baubles if the price hadn't been so astronomical.  There was even a gorgeous little (about one metre high) Christmas tree complete with Led lights.... now that's a temptation...

I even saw that the roasted chestnuts stands have popped up here and there.
