Noo’s ability to thermoregulate is far superior to mine (although my thyroid is kaput, to be fair!) I’m walking around the house in 2 jumpers and a scarf, and he is sat here in his undies!

He did work up a sweat earlier when he scored 2 goals of a 4-0 win at football. The boys have gone up 2 leagues and their first match was today. Maybe it was the contact lenses!?

Before standing for an hour in torrential rain I’d been to Crowborough for my seasonal COVID booster. My flu jab was on Monday, so maybe I’m invincible now? Didn’t feel that way when I was dropped off 5.5 miles from home to run..
