Went into Montreuil to get new dog lead and eye drops prescription and saw this machine. I've seen them other places and just can't imagine how they work. . .
Thos one is next to oublic toilets and a really nice bus shelter which has full bookshelves for a swap/or free read.

Later found the lost lead in my pocket.

Lovely warm sunny morning which turned colder and almost foggy at lunchtime.
