Window dressing..

Remembrance poppies are brightening these erratic autumn days. Today went from wet to bright to dull, but not so cold as yesterday. This display is in our local bakery which has some of the best displays I’ve seen in a small space.

This morning we hung pictures for Iris. I gave her framed copies of my three sequenced orchid photos for her birthday and finally they are up in her bathroom. Looking very good too! Immediately she changed her towels to match! My extra.

The log fire is lit tonight and we’ve heard fireworks outside. It’s raining though; what a shame.
