Strava Day 521. Reading, forest walk and mindful breakfast done.
Featured photo is from a series of self-timed shots earlier. Googled "How to do a Wheel Pose" again which led me to watching a Youtube tutorial. Tried some of the transitions and tips but discovered that am not ready to do the proper form of the Urdhva Dhanurasana just yet. B told me to practice more so that I won't need his help. Grateful still to be able to move and have fun with running back and forth to check for a decent shot. Always grateful to be with family, to be surrounded by nature and have a space to create.
