Buddy Boy #2 Turns 12

My son Jeff is Buddy Boy #1, Merrick is #2, and soon baby Beckett will be #3.

Merrick's birthday was last week, but he is having a party tonight.

He used to be my most willing model, but now...not so much.

He did have a good week. At his wrap-up football banquet on Thursday, his coaches awarded him the Defensive Player of the Year award. He was pleased with himself, and we were happy for him.

Grandma Lisa made the cupcakes, and the birthday boy frosted them.

Next year, the teen years begin.
