Highlight of my day today was…

Getting both my puppies out on the sup on a beautiful day on Lake Wanaka! Nearly 13-year-old Pinot is a very experienced as a sup’r ( stand up paddle boarder) but this was Poppy’s first time, and made so much easier by watching Pinot.go out with me first.! Pinot also showed her how to dive off the board to retrieve sticks and either swim back in to shore or come to the side of the sup for mum to haul her back on for a wee rest! Such fun and so happy to know that poppy will also be very keen sup’r with me. Pinot & i have sup’d in so many parts of Nz. Luckily, one of her harnesses fitted Poppy nearly perfectly if pulled very tight.
