……..and a bit more Culture

An opera singer last night, this afternoon a classical music concert raising funds for Katoomba Hospital. One of the items (Beethoven’s5th) was performed by the Orpheus Junior Orchestra of which our granddaughter Elizabeth is a member. That’s her on the violin in the thumbnail.
Only 24 hours earlier after playing cricket for the Hazelbrook U14s, she was called in to make up the numbers for her father’s Katoomba team against Blackheath and took 2 wickets.
I just realised isbi’s blip is very similar - for some reason she must have tagged along to the same concert!
