Galette du rois

I know it’s not 12th night but I wanted to try puff pastry and there was just too much to just make palmiers. And I didn’t have enough apples and I did have almonds . The extra dough made palmiers but a lot of the butter leaked. Looks like I may have lost some with the galette but hoping it’s not dry. If it is I guess I just need to keep trying!
