Caution Runners……where!?

It’s fair to say it was chucking it down this morning so I decided to hold off Hs walk as it was to brighten up mid morning.

MrsT was headed to her final class of her 10 week Revolution course. It was a 5km run over the Forth Road Bridge. She’s done ever so well with this course. We’re all very proud of her.

L was doing her best Kevin and Perrry impersonation before finally getting out bed for food.

I took H an extended walk (just over 8km) and my route goes by the Junior Parkrun course and I noticed a sign had been left strapped to a lamppost at one of the marshal points.

Good job I know the run director and she didn’t stay too far so we walked down and handed it in. Lallybroch is also a fellow blipper.

That’ll be the weekend then. May try and muster the motivation for a gym visit at some point today.
