My parents, daughter and my grandchildren.

My daughter, her children, one of my brothers and his partner popped over today in torrential rain. I cooked lunch, and my brother and I got the Christmas decorations down from the loft. We have to do this early in case dad decides that he’ll go up and get them down! 
The decorations won’t be put up yet, but at least they are at ground level when they are needed (or else we fear it would be dad at ground level!)
They all went home mid afternoon, and suddenly the house was quiet, both parents are now snoozing on the sofa!
