Another rainy day blip. I drove to Kendal in the morning for some shopping and it was dry there. Another bonus that I didn’t expect was diesel being 9p a litre cheaper than in Ambleside.

I thought there was going to be a dry spell in the afternoon that would allow me to walk to Waterhead. It was ok when I set off but by the time I got down the hill it was raining again. I decided against going further.
