Distraction

I have spent all afternoon keeping mind and hands occupied finally starting to piece together this quilt top I started during the second lockdown at the end of 2020. It was a monthly block from my magazine and is have to admit to throwing it in a bag at one stage because I couldn’t work out how to do some of the blocks ( not yet added). In the end I picked it back up and changed the tricky blocks ( with curves) for simpler ones. I’m going to be environmentally conscious with the backing and recycle an old duvet cover:)
