Walking in Tartu

We stopped in Tartu on the way from mother-in-law's place to visit our goddaughter. Not the best weather for a visit, even some drizzle at first, but we had excellent pizza and it's always a very beautiful city. In the main blip the city hall from behind, in the extra from the front. Tartu will be one of the European Capitals of Culture and they are really stating it clearly, with a physical tag on the town hall square!
