Surprise

A surprise present left on the doorstep from one of our neighbours. A few hours later I served up a vegan toffee apple upside-down cake.

Later, I watched Liverpool nab a rare away win while the girls took a hot sauce challenge. Da Bomb nearly finished them off!

Earlier, I’d tested the foot out on my first virtual bike ride in over a month. Seemed to go ok although it’s fair to say my sprinting has taken a hit.
