A bit of a walk

Managed a walk without it raining although it's rained on and off most of the day.
This is Taylor Park in St Helens.
I walked from home to the park and through part of it then into town in a meandering trail where I went to get the bus home and to my surprise it arrived and to an even bigger surprise it was on time.
I think my BP is still up - headaches etc. I don't want to check it though in case I scare myself. I checked my blood results and most are OK but the Hba1c is at it's top mark. The urine ACR was abnormal (raised). I saw what my BP was on Wednesday and it's recorded as 214/100 - I am shocked that they ae leaving me 8 days before checking it again.
