I missed the hummingbird sitting on this branch but it feels appropriate for what is happening as I write this.

Ron and his wife were at the Maui airport returning their rental car when his wife called an ambulance. He became confused and couldn't see...he is getting a CT scan right now while his wife waits for news in the waiting room. She will let us know as soon as she knows something. :-((( We are scared.

Later:  Ron had a Focal Motor Seizure. Evidently, it is the most common seizure; they gave him an IV with Valium to relax his muscles and nerves and released him. :-))) They went back to the airport to get their luggage (they couldn't take it in the ambulance) and then found a hotel for the night.  They will catch a flight home tomorrow. We are feeling grateful.
