Rain and sun

Looking out of Shelly’s windows this morning. That’s my building with a rainbow behind it.

Went to the Bellingham Symphony concert this afternoon. They have gotten so good over the years. Today they played a piece called “Significant Others” by Alexandra Gardner that we both loved. Then they teamed up with Anthony McGill on clarinet to play Aaron Copland’s Clarinet Concerto. He was amazing and so was the orchestra. The concert ended with Leonard Bernstein’s Symphony No 1 “Jeremiah” with soprano Ashley Becker in the last movement. Shelly was happy to hear the Hebrew lyrics. We went to Wanida’s for Thai dinner after the concert. What a great day.
