A day of doing

It wasn’t the brightest of days for our Mental Health Swim group meet-up. But it was lovely to welcome new faces as well as familiar ones. It stayed dry for the swim, then the rain came in but there’s still never a time that I don’t feel better after a dip. A productive day of boiler servicing and errand running afterwards and a walk with a friend.
