New Books....!!

And a Back Blip...!
Discovered I had a gift token since last Christmas:)). So treated myself to some new books...!
I buy all of my ‘reading’ books on my Kindle but like these types ‘real feel’ in my hands...
The ‘Gut Health’ book is very interesting (for me anyway)...as I’m going to have all the tests ..and try to find a way..to balance IBS and diet linked to Fibro...and absolutely different for everybody..!
Does anyone else get it difficult to drink up to 2 liters of fluids a day....!!???
The Cook book very good ...every recipe tweaked for the Slow Cooker...!!
