Birthday cycle...

It was my Birthday today...21 again x2:-)

The Barmy Army prepared a lovely birthday breakfast for me then we headed out on the bikes and took a longer but quieter route down to the pool. A nice swim and then a cycle home. In all I think we covered about 10 miles plus on the bikes today. The Barmy Army were fab and the wee fella on his newly mastered tag-along was a star.

Home to a lovely Birthday tea and some lovely chocolate mousse made by Es.
