Monday

Today I went shopping, then popped into see Joan, I'm worried about her as she had a fall Saturday night/Sunday morning. 
Yesterday I went to her friend Eileen's house to pick up a Zima Frame to help Joan with walking. Joan seems to be ok today, still a little unsteady.
I phoned Joan's Doctor to let them know what had happened & that someone should visit her; they're going to phone Joan to arrange a visit.
When I had finished on the phone it was time to sort out rubbish & a bit of gardening, picking up leaves by hand & cutting back the Verbena Bonariensis; then as I came back in I noticed these outside my neighbours, think I could do with some of these.
