Naughty but Nice

A Kind bar, I an not certain in what particular way, kind as its still 212 calories, many of them fat. However it does contain lots of nuts, which is a good think. Today i have essentially been sitting at my desk working. likely ditto tomorrow. And its been raining consistently. So v limited blip opportunities. So felt I had to eat this if only in order to create an emergency blip opportunity! (not really obs)
