A somewhat soggy morning but I was up and out early for an appointment at the Firth Valley Royal Hospital. The doc wants an X-ray of my hands to see what damage my arthritis is doing. Only took a few minutes and I was back home by 9 am.
Later we had lunch out with Fiona and A. Little A was fairly hungry after swimming and demolished a cheese sandwich and a slice of Krispie cake as well as this glass of milk.
This afternoon we drove over to Culross and successfully avoided more of that rain.  
Watched a bit of “I’m a Celebrity….” Think I will give the rest the swerve!
