Two Jackdaws in the Path Home

A few hours chilling in the morning and trying to get somewhere to stay for 5 nights in December!

Went to see Lisa the physio for some ultrasound on my knee and soft tissue massage on the side of the thigh. Exercises to do.

Walked into town to take some of mums CD’s to Oxfam. Popped in to Nero for a coffee.

Made up a couple of Instagram reels of Ben and I’s holiday last November in Lisbon which is its anniversary today. Can’t believe it was 1 year ago! What a time that was.
