Evening star
It isn't so easy to see on my phone, but there was a start opposite the sunset shining brightly as I 'ran' (rushed) the dogs up the beach.
I was in a grump after a confrontation that was all about miscommunication, and power.
After rushing and grumpiness, I stopped to catch my breath. Then I really stopped, squatting down in my gum boots, watching the tide begin to turn, listening to the water, the wind and the birds.
Realising that the conflict was a nonsense and there was a bigger picture than just today's upset, I turned, called the dogs in the gathering darkness, and sauntered home in peace.
Blessed peace.
