Prelude to the Summer

I've got some good ideas for blipping this summer. One of them includes a series of waterfall shots. Today I did a little scouting, and found some good shots, but I have to save up for a tripod before I really get things going, so it may be a little while before I kick things off. Any suggestions for a cheap yet reliable tripod?
