Up and Down

Went to ballet , first time for four weeks due to half term and holidays.
Really thought it was hard today but felt better when others said they thought it was a hard session, lots of turning and half pirouettes.
Called it JL , bought nothing but did get a quick blip.
Came home to an arranged telephone appointment with my consultant.
No change and have no idea when the op to remove my parathyroid will be.
No point in getting frustrated about it, l don’t feel ill, or at least l don’t think so!
Having my haircut at 5pm and need to do 3, 000 more steps at least.
