Holly-day

There was sunshine this morning and I went for a walk in a park what felt like a holiday ~ finding this holly there against that golden backdrop made it a perfect holly day. I didn't dare to drift off far away as my daughter and her man may call me for assistance to look after their toddler son when she's going in labour... but no call yet.

Sweetheart called me this morning and told me of his troubles... all goes wrong these days he told me, but I know he often looks on the wrong side of life so I could lift him up a little with my words.
