Columbus

Day 2 of the conference. My presentation and workshop went outstandingly well. Had about 30 people ‘finding’ poetry and half a dozen shared they fabulous results. So lovely to have so much enthusiasm and engagement, and way beyond my expectations.

Afterwards I joined a couple of colleagues going for a walk in the park. We headed through an orange grove and discovered this enormous sculpture of Christopher Columbus.
