These are my favourite spring flowers: they look like little propellers.
The sprinkler had just been on these...
I wasn't going to blip flowers today but none of my museum shots came out very well (!), so I had to turn to the garden on my return.

After a long wait, I've received good news: the insurance are honouring their obligations! I've ordered my new camera and lens: I'm stepping up to full frame! I've ordered a D800 with 24-70mm lens, and am buying myself a 70-200mm with the money I'd been saving for my eventual upgrade. I'm so excited/relieved/overwhelmed that I'm sort of vibrating to myself.
