Liquid amber changing color

I've been way too busy to take photos let alone upload them, but hopefully I'll be blipping more regularly soon. 

Meanwhile, It's finally fall here in Central California, and the liquid amber near my back yard is changing. It's lovely to watch the progress. My Japanese maple's leaves have turned bright red as well. They will drop soon, all at once. See Extra.
