Is it a bird? Is it a plane?

No. It’s a drone.
Todays main session at photo group was about drone photography.
Barb gave an excellent presentation and afterwards we went outside where she demonstrated how to control the camera, in tandem with the iPad app.

Here are some of our number awaiting landing.
Barb was quick to retrieve it before an angry magpie flew down, presumably to protect the nest from the strange bird.
Makes perfect sense, but such things had not occurred to me.
