...this is the broken remains of my lasagne dish :-(

It dropped off the draining board earlier.

Historically - it was bought as a wedding present from a very dear friend. I made a lasagne one day and her then 4 year old son declared it the best lasagne EVER! So only I was allowed to do lasagne for him! He turns 21 next month!
