A peaceful river scene
Tuesday
This morning was Knitting fellowship. It was months since I’d been able to go - it just meets once a month, and we’ve always seemed to be away or have something else on. There were just four of us today, though a couple of other ladies had dropped things off, so we still had quite a number of hats scarves and prayer shawls to pray over and bless. They’re a lovely group of ladies, and we had a nice chat while we knitted away. We had decided to skip Music Live at Lunch this week, and instead got out later in the afternoon to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine, cycling on the Little Miami trail north from Mathers Mill. I wasn’t feeling so energetic today, and made do with 12 miles return. My blip of the river was actually taken from the car park where we left the car. I thought the light was quite special, especially highlighting the golden grasses under the trees. We had voted early, last week, so now we just have to sit and wait and pray!
