The Bell

We've been to Stow-on-the-Wold this afternoon. Somebody had to have their hair done. We have a funeral to go to tomorrow and we need to look our best.

I always find it hard to get a decent photo in Stow. It's basically a large car park. I had a wander around though with Wide Wednesday monochrome in mind. We went in this pub once hoping to get some lunch and they were really rude to us so we've never been back again. I actually like the extra more than the main, but it doesn't look as nice in mono. There is always somebody taking a selfie at that church.

I popped into the library in Stow, first time in 25 years. I picked up an interesting book on The Old Prison where we met up for the blipmeet last month.

It's been a busy day. This morning I did a first trim of the lavender as it should be going some time this month. The green bin is full now but there is probably still 75% of it left. It's going to need a few trips to the tip I think.

We enjoyed The Banshees last night (mrsfb says appreciated rather than enjoyed), though not as much as In Bruges and Three Billboards. Or Seven Psychopaths which I just discovered is another Martin McDonagh film.
