Mother and babies - Egyptian Geese

Ten little Egyptian Geese Babies (goslings?)  are being closely looked after by their parents in my neighbour's garden. They regularly use this pool area to bring up their families.  
I found a fledgling in my pool this afternoon - I thought it was dead but when I took it out it was alive. I can't identify it - I will take a photo tomorrow, if it survives. The wind has been so strong today and these birds learning to fly are so vulnerable.
I'm looking forward to our Cape Town trip tomorrow. I may be quiet on blip, but I will try and keep up.
